Healthwatch Norfolk is asking people across Norfolk and Waveney for their views on how hospital services should develop over the next 10 to 20 years.
The survey is being run in partnership with the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group, which includes the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn, the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and the James Paget University Hospital.

Is this a consultation?
No. Healthwatch Norfolk says the questionnaire is exploratory and is not a consultation on proposals to change any services. Any future proposals to change services would involve separate consultation.
